1. To manage your business relationship with us
To manage your business relationship with us which includes for us to fulfill your request, provide you with the information you requested, and provide our products and services to you.
Personal information we collect for these purposes might include your name, e-mail address, company, region/country, reason for contacting us and topics you are interested in. For that we are processing your personal information to fulfill the request (Article 6 in GDPR).
We will delete your personal information as soon as it is no longer needed for the specific purpose. Please keep in mind that we are request to store business and commercial documentation to fulfill the tax law and book keeping obligations of Norway.
2. For marketing activities
To send you marketing communications including promotional materials or other communications; communicate with you about, and administer your participation in, special events, programs, offers, surveys, and market research.
Personal information we collect for these purposes might include your name, e-mail address, company, region/country, reason for contacting us and topics you are interested in.
Personal information for marketing activities is stored under protection at our third-party e-mail service provider Mailchimp.com and the CRM Platform Hubspot. For more information please visit: https://mailchimp.com/legal/
We may retain your personal information for the period of time to which you consented and will delete your personal information as soon as it is no longer needed for the specific purpose.
3. Website visits and participation in online events
When you visit our sites, we will collect certain information through cookies.
We are not using any third-party analytics services on our site and do not collect data of your behavior on our website.
If you register for our online events, your data may be shared with Zoom Inc. in order to provide you with webcasting services. We only register your name and your email for the specific webcast you requested. Please read more: https://explore.zoom.us/docs/en-us/privacy.html
Our online workshops and classes on Zoom are generally speaking recorded. We only share the recording with the registrants of the specific class that participated. Parts of the recordings may be reused in other courses or provided as public online videos. These reused recordings never contain private information of any of the participants. Only parts that show the teacher (including sound and picture) are reused. If sound or picture of participants is supposed to be reused, a prior written consent is obligatory.
We recommend that if your personal information should not appear in any of the recordings, to please keep yourself muted and keep the video closed at the time of the recording. We would be glad to offer you any other possible solution to participate in our events in full privacy, such as sending you the recording of the class after the event is finished.
All our recordings are uploaded to Youtube.com in order to be shared to the participants. The upload is done as unlisted videos that cannot be found through the search engine. Please read more on: https://policies.google.com/privacy
4. Processing data on our Apps
If you are using one of our mobile apps (Soul Power Meditation), either on iOS or Android, the information you provide us with will be only used for the functionality of any of the services you personally requested to use inside the app.
The data we may use is your email address for the login process and to allow you to access the appropriate services. Your data is stored and accessed through Google Firestore (within Firebase Authentication and Firestore Database). Your password information is fully encrypted and not accessible for us.
If you agree to store any of the online videos on your mobile device (by specifically toggling the switch below any of the videos), we will store the video on your internal phone (client-side) storage. How can you withdraw your consent?
We are only processing the most necessary data in order to provide you with all the services you requested.
If you consent to us processing your personal information, please note that you may withdraw this consent at any time.
If you have consented to receive our marketing mailings, such as newsletters, you may withdraw this consent yourself using the unsubscribe link in the marketing mailings.
If you have consented to the use of our cookies you can withdraw your consent in the next use of the website at our cookie banner.
If you consented to a use of recordings of your voice, picture or written feedback (testimonies), please directly write us in order to withdraw your consent and we would be glad to remove the recording at any given place.
