FAQ about classes and workshops
Is Introduction or Intermediate for me?
Introduction labeled services do not require any prior experience or knowledge. For the intermediate services you will find the prerequisites in the description of the service, but generally speaking you should be familiar with Soul Power Norway and our introduction labeled services before you dive into our Intermediate content.
Are classes and workshops online or in person?
During corona most services are online via zoom. If you are in doubt, read the description of the service and you will see if it is in person after all.
